Here is the update on the class CNY bake sale profits:
Total revenue: $135.50 - $9.70 = $125.80
(The $9.70 was initially put in from class find to provide loose change)
Claimed:
Cookies test baking (Jane’s receipt): $7.05 Truffles test baking (Suat’s receipt): $2.95+$2.90 = $5.85 Brownies baking (Wenyan’s receipt): $23.30 Cheesecake baking (Jolyn’s receipt): $25.45 Cookies baking (Chuan’s receipt): $14.10 Cheesecake + truffles expenses (Suat’s receipt): $43.50
So our total profit id TADAA… … $6.55
Note: The amount calculated above is based on the receipts that I have collected so far. But I’ve heard that some people absorbed costs for some test baking (I think Nic didn’t claim money for brownies test baking), which means we are very likely to have made a loss and not a profit! >.<
Nevertheless, all of us had fun baking, right?! :D Continue to keep up the enthusiasm and I’m sure we’ll do much better next time!
